How to Start Your Personalized Microdosing Cycle?

Your Protocol takes 30-days. Make sure you start on a free day and prepare yourself well. Read the Protocol and make sure you follow our guidelines:
- Set your intentions
- No alcohol during your cycle
- No caffeine during your cycle
- Medication or other supplements? Let us know.
Prepare your Microdosing Scale: remove the plastic from the batteries on the back, and insert the batteries into your scale.
Open the packaging of Natural Psilocybe, Take one of the four vacuum-sealed bags and open it. Weigh your dose.
Store it directly back in to the fridge. Read the Storage instructions carefully.

- Follow a Day-On / Day-Off schedule for 30 days, in total there are 15 dosing days.
- Weigh your dose: 0.3g (or 0.5g if over 80 kg).
- Say your Intention out loud, be vocal about it and use the present tense!
- Chew the psilocybe well, take it raw on an empty stomach or mix in smoothie or tea.
- Increase your dose every dosing day with +0.1 gram until you find your preferred dose.

Your Preferred Dose is the amount where you feel consistent, gentle effects without being overstimulated. Everyone’s sensitivity is different, so finding your unique dose is key to a balanced experience.
You’ve reached your plateau, when you feel over exhausted, experience lucid . On the next dosing day, reduce your dose by -0.1g, this becomes your Preferred Dose. You can finish your cycle with this dose.

- Recreational drugs:
- Tyramine-rich foods: old cheese, soy sauce, kimchi, cured meats, red wine, overripe bananas
- Certain supplements: green tea extract, St. John’s Wort, Panax ginseng, L-tyrosine, guarana, maca, yohimbine
- Some medications: including heart medication, antipsychotics, or blood thinners
