How to store
Store in your refrigerator directly.
Keep moisture-free, close the packaging carefully and protected against UV light. If there is moisture in the package, remove this with a kitchenpaper
Best before: After opening the vacuum sealed bags in the package it is best to consume within 14 days. Unopened you can store it safely, sealed in the vacuum package in your fridge for 1 month.
Dosing
This product is suitable for daily microdosing over a 2-week period, followed by a 2-week integration break. It is also suitable for macrodosing. For personalized guidance, feel free to contact us at questions@earthresonance.com.

How to consume

The aluminum pouch, when unopened, Can be stored in the refrigerator safely until the best-before date (typically about 6 weeks after arrival). Make sure you start directly with your Protocol for optimal potency and freshness
Opened Vacuum-Sealed Bags:
Open one vacuum-sealed bag per week. Once opened, its contents should be consumed within 14 days and kept in a moisture-free environment in the refrigerator.
